PURPOSE

BACKSTORY

Growing up I had bouts of acute shyness. 

Although my heart wanted to express and connect with others.

It was often a hurdle that overcame me with fear and anxiety. 

One day I had an idea that that could change. 

That I could become good at talking to people.

That idea sparked something in me and ever since then I have been

walking the walk and putting myself in positions that challenge that fear.

I may not be an expert but whenever I tell people about my shy past they look at me with disbelief.

This is one of many examples of ideas I have had about myself

that have been the cause of great growth in my life.

THE SPARK

At the age of 19, I remember feeling lost and hopeless. 

I felt like a complete product of my environment with very little of my true self left.

I had been overcome by many addictions due to my ADHD

and several unresolved traumas that were causing me deep unrest.

I read a book about a machine that was envious of humans and their boundless abilities to do things.

And there I was a fully blown human, except I didn’t as I could do much. 

I had an epiphany that day and I realised I could be much more than I was and that I wasn’t stuck! 

That idea was the beginning of my evolution.

SELF-DEVELOPMENT

Over the 9 years since then, I have read multiple self-help books and guides,

listened to countless podcasts and talks about self-development.

I have spent time working out, doing yoga, meditating, and Hemi-Sync. etc…

You name it I’ve probably tried it. 

This journey of self-discovery has led me to many places.

From the deep and dark corners of my mind to the euphoric nature of my soul. 

It is a journey with no end.

MISSION

However, I am ready to open up to embark on a new journey of helping others with theirs.

Like I said at the beginning of this, no idea is too big and no idea is too small.

I know how far I have come and I have no intention of stopping until I am called into the spirit realm.

Until then I am on a mission to empower others, in any way I can to DoAnythingNow.

To not wait and to take small steps towards their dreams and desired outcomes every day.
